Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept any returns or exchanges. You may return or exchange for 60 days following your purchase.

Product(s) must be unworn and in original condition. Please include a copy of the original packing slip if possible. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please email us at info@awsmbrand.com to notify us that you are sending an item back to us and please indicate the reason for return or exchange. You may want to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase once we have received the item(s) and the credit will appear on your bank statement. If it is an exchange, we will ship out the new item(s) once we have received the original item(s) and we will provide a tracking number for you.

Shipping Policy

UPS orders are shipped within 24-48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded

UPS services we use do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays

Items ordered together may ship separately 

We will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Once our team has packed your order and it is in USPS or UPS possession it will be your responsibility to track the package.  If you have any inquiries about your shipment you will need to contact USPS/UPS with the tracking number.  This is especially true for international orders.  We do not have the ability to make inquiries to foreign customs and postal services.  If you have any further questions please call or email us.  Thank you!
